LGPD Compliance 

The LGPD, or General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), regulates the data treatment of individuals and legal entities, in order to protect the Data Owner and assure his/her privacy. The MAG Aliança privacy policy was designed to comply with the current Brazilian LGPD legislation, to ensure data collected operations transparency and the Data Owner rights are respected.

Requests from Data Owner

Data Owners rights:

  • Knowledge of what data the company keeps about himself/herself, and how it is used;
  • Access the collected data;
  • Contesting and/or opposing the treatment carried out with his/her data;
  • Correct incomplete, incorrect or outdated personal data;
  • Request data anonymizing, blocking or deletion of his/her data;
  • Request portability of his/her data;
  • Review automated decisions involving his/her data;
  • Be informed about public and private entities with whom his/her data has been shared;
  • Revoke provided data processing consent.

All the aforementioned rights can be exercised via MAG Aliança´s Communication Channel, by express request of the data owner.
